NSW Renewable Energy Action Plan

The NSW government completed the implementation of the 5 years Renewable Energy Action Plan, launched in September 2013 to work closely with renewable energy industry and communities to increase renewable energy generation. 

The plan had 24 actions contained within three core goals:

1.       Attract renewable energy investment.

2.       Build community support for renewable energy.

3.       Attract and grow expertise in renewable energy.

All the actions have been completed, tripling the share of solar and wind in NSW’s Electricity mix and hosting nice major solar farms.
